There were many fun things that Emily and I vowed to do, but one of the top ones on the list was going to Hotel Biron to try to find the equivalent of the delicious New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc we had there last year. Here we are, Post Biron, slightly drunk, having newly formed "Wine Club." Yes, folks, another club that involves drinking delicious wines with various delicious food items like cheese or grapes. mmm.
