We may not have had a staged re-enactment, but we managed to sing along without too many wrong words on our own. Emily made delicious brownie cookies and Robyn made fudgey gluten free brownies washed down with delicious Pine Ridge wine. We also watched half of the episode en francais- with French folk-style singing which made most cringe. Nicole, Kyle, Ted, Christopher, and Naomi all came to pay homage to Joss Whedon genius.
Even after the now-multiple times I've seen this ep, I still get choked up. First when Tara comes back with the "I'm Under Your Spell" theme after realizing what Willow has done to make her forget their fight. And of course, when Buffy's climactic confession that the Scooby's pulled her out of Heaven... not Hell... and the looks on everyone's faces when they realize. Now that's good TV!
